Products purchased from Naveed Fabrics may be exchanged within 15 days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, different from the order, or any product, tag, label, or packaging is missing.

For damaged or missing items, customers must email clear pictures of the product and outer packaging to naveedfabrics6@gmail.com or call 0322-8884404 within 15 days.

After reviewing and approving the claim, Naveed Fabrics will provide either a replacement product or a coupon of equal value. Claims submitted after 15 days will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct products while placing an order. Naveed Fabrics may contact customers regarding deliveries, account information, marketing offers, or fraud prevention. Online payments are processed securely through the payment provider.
